We recommend that the first step to any project be to have us out for consultation.
With this service we simply come out to your building and look at the project. we look at what needs to be done, and discuss any concerns you have with the condition of the building.
There is no charge for this, and no strings attached.
You can think of it as a check up for your building. We encourage that you have this done even if you have no plans to do repairs in the near future. Often things go unnoticed, like a gutter that is leaking and creating future repairs, or a badly cracked joint that is allowing water to penetrate the wall. Other times, when there are lots of repairs that need to be done but you are not ready to do them yet, it is still valuable. Because there are usually cost effective methods of mitigation to prevent extreme damage from occurring before repairs are conducted.
